Works on Walmart Onn, Chromecast with Google TV, NVIDIA Shield, Tivo Stream, and any Android TV-branded device. The steps are almost identical to Fire TV, just a different store.
Press the Home button on your remote.
Open the Play Store (or "Apps" on Google TV).
Search for Downloader by AFTVnews.
Tap Install. Wait for it to finish.
Tap Open.
The first time you try, Android TV will ask "Allow this source to install apps?", say Yes / Allow.
If it doesn't ask, go to Settings (⚙) → Apps → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources. Find Downloader and turn it on.
You only do this once. Android TV will remember.
On most Android TV devices Developer Options is hidden until you tap Build number 7 times. Path varies by manufacturer:
Walmart Onn (Google TV): Settings → System → About → [click Build 7×] → back out → System → Developer Options → Unknown sources / Install unknown apps.
Chromecast with Google TV: Settings → System → About → [click Android TV OS build 7×] → back → System → Developer options → Install unknown apps.
NVIDIA Shield: Settings → Device Preferences → About → [click Build 7×] → back → Device Preferences → Developer options → toggle for Downloader.
Sony Bravia (Android TV): Settings → Device Preferences → About → [click Build 7×] → Device Preferences → Developer options → Unknown sources.
Mi Box / Xiaomi: Settings → Device Preferences → About → [click Build 7×] → Developer options.
Tivo Stream 4K: Same path as Onn / Google TV above.
If nothing changes after 7 taps, reboot (Settings → System → Restart) and try again, the menu appears on next boot.
If your device is an AOSP stick without Google services, install Downloader via APK Time or AppLinked, they ship preinstalled on most of those.
Boxes with FilelinkedX2 / AppLinked: Open it, enter store code 28734, find Downloader, install.
Sideload Launcher already installed: Use it to launch your device's built-in Play Store substitute.
Open Downloader. Click the URL bar. Enter one of these, then press Go, try the first one first.
Downloader downloads the K // Player APK, about 30 seconds.
Tap Install when prompted → then Open.
If Downloader offers to delete the install file, say yes, the app is on your TV now.
K // Player shows a 5-6 character code on your TV.
On your phone, sign in to ktckingztv.com/clientarea → My Services → your service → Pair a device.
Type the code from your TV. Submit. Your TV loads channels.
Press Up for the channel list.
