Works on Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube, Fire TV (built into a TV), all generations. If you can press buttons on a remote, you can do this.
On your Fire TV remote, press and hold the Home button (the round house icon 🏠) for 2 seconds.
A menu pops up. Pick Find → then Search.
Type Downloader (just that word). Pick the orange Downloader icon.
Tap Get (or Download). Wait 30 seconds.
When it's done, tap Open.
Press the Home button on your remote once.
Go to the gear icon ⚙ Settings (top right) → My Fire TV → Developer Options.
Find Install Unknown Apps. Open it.
Find Downloader in the list. Click it to turn it ON.
This is what lets us send the app to your Fire TV. You only do this once.
It's hidden by default on most Fire TVs. Reveal it by going to Settings → My Fire TV → About, then clicking the Fire TV name 7 times in a row. Developer Options will appear in the My Fire TV menu.
Fire TV Stick / 4K / Lite / Cube (Fire OS 7-8): Settings → My Fire TV → About → [click name 7×]
Fire TV Edition TVs (Insignia, Toshiba): Settings → My Fire TV → About → [click name 7×]. Sometimes labelled "Device" instead.
Older Fire TV (1st-2nd gen): Settings → Device → Developer Options is visible by default, no 7-tap needed.
Fire OS 7-8 (most Sticks & Cubes from 2020+): Developer Options → Install Unknown Apps → toggle Downloader ON.
Fire OS 5-6 (older Sticks): Developer Options → Apps from Unknown Sources → flip the master toggle to ON (no per-app picker).
Fire TV Edition TVs: Same as Fire OS 7-8 if running 2022+ firmware. Older firmware uses the single Apps from Unknown Sources toggle.
Fire TV Cube 1st gen: Settings → Device → Developer Options → ADB Debugging + Apps from Unknown Sources.
Press Home → find Downloader in your apps row → open it.
Click the address bar (the box that says https://).
Clear anything that's already in it.
Type one of these codes, then press Go. Try the first one first, if it doesn't grab anything, try the fallback.
Downloader will show a green progress bar, that's the app downloading. Wait for it to finish (about 30 seconds).
When it asks "Do you want to install this app?" → pick Install.
When it says "App installed" → pick Open.
You can pick Delete when Downloader offers to clean up the install file, that's fine, the app is already on your TV.
K // Player will show a screen with a short code (5-6 characters, like A2X9Q).
On your phone or computer, open ktckingztv.com/clientarea and sign in to your account.
Go to My Services → click your active service → find "Pair a device".
Type the code from your TV exactly as shown. Submit.
Your TV will load all your channels in a few seconds.
